AS FROM 1ST JUNE 2019

HOLDING DEPOSIT  EQUIVALENT TO 1 WEEKS RENT. This Preliminary Deposit can either be refunded at the commencement of the tenancy or deducted from the balance due for rent and deposit payments.

REFERENCE ENQUIRIES/ LEASE FEES/ RENEWAL FEES  ETC.  These Fees will no longer be payable in line with recent government legislation

RENTAL PAYMENTS: ALL RENTS ARE TO BE MADE ON A PER CALENDAR MONTH BASIS

DILAPIDATION DEPOSIT: A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE EQUIVALENT OF 5 WEEKS RENTAL UNLESS ADVISED OTHERWISE

UNPAID RENTS /RETURNED PAYMENTS:  INTEREST IS CHARGED AT 3% ABOVE NATIONAL WESTMINSTER BANK BASED RATES FROM DATE DUE TO DATE ARREARS ARE SETTLED.

LETTINGS OMBUDSMAN: Crofters Property Services are members of the Ombudsmen For Lettings Redress Scheme
