We carry out regular inspections of the property (where Crofters are managing agents) every 10 to 12 weeks during the term of your tenancy.

These inspections are necessary for us to gauge the condition of the property and to ascertain whether any repairs are required.

We will normally advise you of our intention to visit by letter at least 5 days prior to the appointment. Inspections generally last for 10 to 15 minutes.

Should our findings mean that we require another inspection within a short space of time, we will write to advise you and we may ask you to be present.
